The Real Abadia Congress & Spa Hotel has at your disposal four distinct and versatile spaces that provide the comfort you need for your event.
We have a congress center wich has two rooms with wide outdoor spaces overlooking the natural scenery of the Serra dos Candeeiros. The rooms expresses the technological innovation of a service suited to everyone's needs, whether professional nature, social and celebratory. With large areas, the rooms have the possibility of different configurations adapted to the required event.
For smaller events, the Library with two floors of different areas, proves to be an extremely versatile space that can host social events or business meetings bearing in mind the comfort and functionality of the space. Specially dedicated to those who embraces the knowledge, and designed to remember the importance of the monastic library in the development of the region, it invites to reading, research and work.
The “eira” of the hotel, located next to the restaurant, is an excellent space to make your celebration, enjoy a drink or lunch. Recovered during the construction of the hotel,it is a testimony of the strong agricultural nature of the area. Once used to "strike" and sift the cereals after harvest in order to separate chaff and other debris from the grains. Today presents itself as one of the hotel's relaxation sites, with a view over the Serra de Aire e Candeeiros.
The natural surroundings is a unique feature of the Real Abadia Congress & SPA Hotel. The natural outer space is characterized by a large green area and by its serpentine paths filled with native species. Some highlight are our organic vegetable garden, the orchard, the birdwatching structure, the Zen space or the lover's corner. It is an ideal place to discover smells, colors and even the remains of the monastic hydraulic system a water mine recently discovered and restored during the construction of the hotel.*
