Cós villa
The little village of Cós was a former farm of the monastery of Alcobaça. It' s women's monastery of Santa Maria de Cós stands out with a remarkable set of unique decorative/ ornamental elements in Portugal, as well as the hermitage of Santa Rita and the handycraft basketry that has always been a very popular and recognized art in the region.
