Massage Service: every day from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, subject to availability and prior booking.
Wellness Area: every day from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Wellness Area: For guests, access to the Wellness Area will depend on the conditions of the reservation made.
For customers, access to the Wellness Area costs €10/adult and €7.50/child from 3 to 12 years old. Access for children up to 2 years is free.
For costumers with massage appointments, access to the Wellness Area is free.
Access to the Wellness Area lasts 2 hours. Whenever possible we facilitate longer use.
Bathrobe and pool towel are included in the cost of access to the Wellness Area. If any of these items are lost, it will be charged €15 per bathrobe and €10 per towel.
| Appointment Policy
Massage Service: Any massages, including those already included in programs, must be booked by the client at least 48 hours in advance. By booking we mean choosing a day and a time for the massage. If services are booked less than 48 hours in advance, therapist and facilities availability might not be. If there is no availability, there will be no refund of any amount relating to massages, even if included in programs.
It is possible to request simultaneous appointments. Requests for a second therapist for simultaneous appointments can be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, and have a cost of €15.00.
On the day of the appointment, costumers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time, so as not to delay the start of massage. Delays will result in a proportional reduction in treatment time.
Wellness Area: Customers must book access to the Wellness Area in advance.
| Cancellation Policy
Massage Service: Customers can reschedule the appointments up to 2 hours before the appointment time.
Cancellation costs 50% of the booking value. When dealing with vouchers, they will be considered used.
Wellness Area: Customers can cancel or reschedule their Wellness Area Access appointment without penalty.
| Dress Code
Wellness Area: In the Wellness Area it is mandatory to wear flip-flops and a swimming cap as well as: swimming shorts or thongs for men and a bikini or bathing suit for women.
If necessary, you can purchase at the hotel reception any of the items mentioned, unless in case of stock out.
| Usage Rules
Wellness Area: All customers must use a low tone of voice when using the Wellness Area at Real Abadia Congress & Spa Hotel, in order not to disturb the relaxation of other customers/guests.
Children under 16 can only stay in the Wellness Area under adult supervision and must not use the sauna or Turkish bath.
In the Wellness Area it is prohibited: eating, smoking, running, jumping, jumping into the pool and using inflatables.
| Responsability
Wellness Area: Access to the Wellness Area of the Real Abadia Congress & Spa Hotel is subject to a “Responsible Use” policy, with the user being responsible for knowing it’s physical condition, in order to verify the absence of contraindications regarding the use of the space.
Store your belongings and personal objects in the lockers available next to the changing rooms and bring the corresponding key. Real Abadia Congress & Spa Hotel is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of personal objects, including those stored in lockers.
Massage Service: All information provided regarding the client's physical condition is entirely confidential and will be treated with the utmost discretion.
Massages given to children and young people require authorization from an adult responsible for them.
The Real Abadia Congress & Spa Hotel Spa reserves the right to interrupt and refuse the contracted service in the event of sexual harassment, verbal or non-verbal, against any of our therapists. The full service initially contracted will be charged. In these cases, the therapist will immediately leave the treatment room and report what happened to the Hotel Management.
